How do you calculate return on investment (ROI) for an online community membership?
The Key: Stewardship
As founders and owners, we're always evaluating where we allocate time and financial capital.

It's part of being a good steward of the Master's resources.

Here are some factors that influence how we calculate the ROI for participating in a peer group community.
They're not always financial.
They are all 100% beneficial to our ability to grow and scale a business as founders and owners.
Continued learning and personal development

Reduced stress and feelings of isolation

Reduction of churn
(customers/clients and staff)

Improved closing timelines
Improved margin

For each of these items, write down what they cost.

Sometimes, the cost isn't obvious - though, it is there.

Here are some questions that might help:
How much revenue will you make with every new customer you add because of something you learned something valuable from your participation in the community?
How much profit would you maintain at the bottom line if you could reduce customer quits (churn) by just a small percentage?
How much top-line revenue could you add from evaluating your pricing and making changes that align more closely with the value you provide to your customers?
What new line of business would you tackle if you had more confidence and advice from people you trust who helped you look around the corner and, how much net income might that drive for your business?
Add the numbers together.

Then, subtract the financial investment you'll make in being part of The Link.

The result is your return on investment from participating in the community.
No, we don't guarantee these results. So much depends on what you decide to do (or not do).

But...
Based years of individual coaching experience, we know that founders and business owners can be successful when they have support for implementing changes in these areas.
The Link's base annual membership plan is:

less than the cost of one month's membership in a nation-wide CEO peer group
and

less than half the U.S. national average cost of one-on-one executive coaching
(approximately $4,167 monthly - Perplexity.ai)
